Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you have purchased you may return the unused portion of a product for a refund* minus shipping fees.

Return Policy and Procedure:

To Qualify for a return, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging. All products must contain at least 50% of the original product.

• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any returns sent back to us without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
• Your RMA number is good for 10 days upon issue and must be written on the outside of the returning package.
• Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
• Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
• Upon receipt of your returned item(s), your credit card will be will be electronically refund within 14-21 days of receipt of the product.
• A handling fee of 10% of purchase price will be assessed on all returns.
• Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of skinlogic.md.
• Shipping fees are non refundable.
• Due to specific manufacturer guidelines True products are not refundable.

Cancellations

To cancel an order the status of the order must be "New" if the status is "In Progress" we cannot cancel the order. Please call customer service if you have any questions.
